The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to SnackBags Food LLP.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by the customer to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website i.e. www.snackbags.in
  • Website refers to Snackbags, accessible from www.snackbags.in
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation Rights

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for fulfilment and cannot be changed. Additionally, promotional and discount codes cannot be applied post-order, nor can their effects.

Conditions for Returns

  • If you receive a damaged item –

We take great care in packaging our products so they are transport-worthy. Nonetheless, if an item ordered through our website by you was delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at Support@snackbags.in within 4 hours of material receipt along with multiple photographs of the unopened package illustrating the damage. Once the claim is approved and the product is received back to us, replacements will be sent out to you.

  • For Any Other Reason –

The return request has to be submitted at Support@snackbags.in within 12 hours of delivery of the order along with a copy of the invoice and reason for return. The original packaging of the goods shall be preserved and the return process will be initiated once the product is approved by the team. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods by third-party vendors.
  • Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded or returned. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded or replaced.


In case of a Refund, we will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the date of acceptance of your cancellation/return request for your order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returning Goods

  • Please do not return the product to the same courier person who delivers the order.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you then you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to your E-mail address.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
